Workshops
My workshops are designed for professionals who deal with a stressful lifestyle, and overstimulated and/or neurodiverse brains, and their support system.
I offer:
- Dance & Movement Workshops
- Mindfulness Workshops
- Neurodiversity Awareness & Educational Workshops

Dance & Movement Workshop
In this workshop, participants will be guided through movement and (re-)connection with themselves and others. There is no choreography, no right or wrong, only movement patterns that create a flow & release of built-up energy.
Movement is an anchor of the mind for anyone, and can ease the constant stream of racing thoughts by shifting the focus to the body. The guided movement in this workshop is designed to build confidence, improve emotional regulation, focus and creativity, and reduce anxiety.

Available formats:
1,5 or 2-hour session
In person
Customisable for teams, membership groups, and groups of friends
Outcomes:
Increased feeling of individual well-being
Promotion of collective well-being
Improved productivity and out-of-the-box thinking
Reduced stress and anxiety

Mindfulness Workshop
In this workshop, participants will be guided through breathing work, expression of thoughts through writing, releasing techniques and recovery stretching.
This specific combination of mind and body techniques is set up to address the challenges that people with overly stimulated and burned-out brains deal with. Breathing work helps to balance the nervous system, improve focus and reduce stress. Writing helps to gain awareness and clarity. Those clear thoughts can then be addressed and released to regulate the mind emotionally to finally let the body recover.

Available formats:
1 or 1,5 hour session
In-person or online
Customisable for teams, membership groups, and groups of friends
Outcomes:
Improved physical and emotional well-being
Reduced stress and anxiety
