I help organisations build workplaces where neurodivergent employees can thrive - not just survive.

 

With 20+ years of lived experience with ADHD, a Postgraduate in Neurodiversity in the Workplace, and a background as an accredited coach, I support team leaders and members to move beyond awareness and into practical, sustainable inclusion.

Through training, workplace audits, and leadership coaching, I equip teams to reduce burnout, remove masking pressure, and create truly neuroinclusive environments.

Common challenges I help with:

• High burnout or turnover among (neurodivergent) staff & strained team dynamics.

• Lack of inclusive policies and communication practices.

• Managers unsure how to support neurodivergent team members.

• Action towards meaningful inclusion - not just checking an EDI/DEI box.

 

Alongside this, I have experience in facilitating custom workshops for organisations around topics ranging from neurodiversity, workplace practises to health & wellbeing, emotional regulation, and more.

I'm also availabale to host educational and movement workshops for individuals to help them understand themselves better, manage their neurodivergent symptoms in daily life and relieve unnecessary stress and shame.
