Service Description
Awakening expression, listening to our physical bodies, healing through dance and sharing our movement. - please be ready 5 mins before your workshop starts - wear clothing you feel comfortable and can move in - we dance in socks, barefoot or wear shoes with a flexible sole - bottle of water is provided, bring extra if you feel you need more
Cancelation Policy
Health + Workshops are non-refundable. In case of non-attendance, please contact me to receive a recording of the session. Recordings will be destroyed 7 days after the event. To cancel or reschedule a Dance & Movement Workshop, please contact me at least 24h in advance. Cancellations within 24h before the booking will still be charged and are non-refundable.
