Health + workshops are interactive and online, and will help you to become clear on where you are now and what you need to do to get to where you want to be
in your physical and mental health journey.
How does it work?
Staying physically and mentally healthy requires work in today's society. Work that, although you have to do it yourself, doesn't have to be a lonely road. With the guidance of a coach and the support of a group you will go beyond what you came for.
The Health + workshops are online sessions that take place 1 to 2 times a month.
A new topic will be discussed each time in sessions of 90 mins.
After an intro on the subject of the day, the rest of the session will flow from the questions and issues that the participants bring to the virtual kitchen table.
Your camera can be on or off, whatever you feel more comfortable with. You are invited to participate in the conversation or can indulge and borrow the benefit of listening to others.
However you choose to attend the workshop, you have to commit to being present, inquisitive, coachable, open to learning and connecting respectfully with your fellow Health + members.
